Which thread brands are supported?
DMC (453 colours), Anchor (441 colours), Cosmo (500 colours), and Madeira (366 colours).
How many colours should I choose?
6–8 is a good starting point for most photos. Choose fewer for bold graphics and more for gradient-heavy images like sunsets or portraits.
Is this the same as the pattern maker?
This tool just identifies threads – it doesn't generate a stitchable chart. Use the Pattern Maker if you want a full PDF pattern.
