Affiliate Program - Terms & Conditions

1. The offer

• You receive a unique discount code and share link.
• Customers who use your code or link get 15% off their first monthly Xstitchify subscription payment.
• You earn a commission of 30% of that customer's first monthly subscription payment (calculated on the discounted amount actually paid).
• Commission is one-off per referred customer, on their first payment only. Renewals and credit-pack purchases do not earn commission.
• The discount applies to monthly subscription checkout only. It does not apply to annual subscriptions or credit packs, and cannot be combined with other promotions.

2. Attribution

• A referral is credited to you when the customer completes a monthly subscription checkout using your code, or after clicking your share link in the same browser session.
• Your share link automatically applies your discount where eligible. If no share-link discount has been captured, customers can enter your code manually at monthly checkout.
• You may not refer yourself, use your code on your own account, or buy through your own link.
• Only one commission is payable per referred customer. If the same customer subscribes again later, no second commission is payable.

3. Payouts

• Commissions are held as pending for a 30-day refund window, then become eligible for approval.
• If a referred customer's payment is refunded or charged back before the commission is paid out, the related commission is reversed.
• Approved commissions are grouped by calendar month and paid monthly in arrears by PayPal or Wise to the payout address on your account. For example, eligible January commissions are normally paid by the end of February, provided the 30-day refund window has cleared. Any commissions that have not cleared by the monthly payout date roll over to the next payout.
• There is no minimum payout threshold. If commission is approved and payable for the month, it will be included in that month's payout.
• Commissions are calculated and paid in the currency the referred customer paid in.
• You are responsible for any tax due on commission you receive.

4. Free account access

Affiliates who actively create content featuring Xstitchify and generate referrals may be offered a complimentary subscription so they can use the tools to make that content. Complimentary access is a discretionary perk, is not automatic and is not part of the standard offer, is not transferable, and may be withdrawn if you stop creating content or generating referrals. Complimentary access is something of value and must be disclosed when you promote Xstitchify.

5. Disclosure & conduct

• You must clearly disclose the commercial relationship on every promotional post, in the post itself and before people engage with the link or code.
• Use simple wording such as "Ad: I earn a commission if you subscribe with my Xstitchify link/code". Do not hide disclosure at the end of a caption, in a group of hashtags, only on a profile/about page, or only behind a "more" expansion.
• For video, include the disclosure in the video itself as well as the description. For live streams, repeat it periodically.
• Use the platform's paid partnership tool where available, but do not rely on it as the only disclosure.
• You must not make false or exaggerated claims about Xstitchify, bid on the Xstitchify brand name in paid search, spam, or use misleading promotion.
• Self-referrals, fake sign ups, and any attempt to game commission will void affected commissions.

6. Relationship

You are an independent creator or partner, not an employee, agent, or representative of Xstitchify. You are responsible for your own content, tax, platform compliance, and any registrations or records required for your business.

7. Changes & termination

• Acceptance into the program is at our discretion, and we may decline any application without giving a reason.
• We may update commission rates, the discount, or these terms with reasonable notice. Changes are not retroactive to commissions already approved.
• Either side may end the arrangement at any time. On termination, commissions already approved will still be paid; pending commissions are settled after their refund window.
• We may pause or close an account that breaches these terms, including if required disclosures are missing or misleading, and may withhold commissions arising from a breach.

8. Liability & governing law

• The affiliate program, tracking, and tools are provided as is. We do not guarantee any level of clicks, conversions, or earnings.
• To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the commissions properly due to you. We are not liable for lost profits, content production costs, or other indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
